  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a replacement, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, bedding that has been used or washed cannot be returned.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item for replacement
